Blast Gates to automatically balance the air flow with energy saving design. 

Nordfab QF NFES Automatic Blast Gates are operated by double acting compressed air cylinders, eliminating the need for manual control. The cylinders are controlled by electrically connected solenoid to machines or a remote switch. 

These Blast Gates are used as energy saving devices for industrial dust extraction where extraction is not always needed and where manual control needs to be eliminated. So, they can automatically shut off ductwork lines that aren't in use and keep suction the strongest where you need it. 

They are constructed using top of the line technology, galvanized or stainless steel and a special sealing device that reduces air loss and friction in operation. 

They are available in 3" - 22" diameters with QF rolled ends for easy connection to QF ductwork. The Reed Switch Assembly is available as a spare part.

Do QF Clamps come with the blast gate? If not how many do I need to order?
Clamps do not come with this blast gate. As a rule, you will need one clamp per component ordered.

How do I connect to the end of an existing non QF system?
