Shipping

We ship to virtually any address within the contiguous United States. We can make an exception for some international locations but you must contact us to discuss this.

Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped out according to their availability. Orders with multiple items will ship out according to the longer item's availability. Please review each product page for more precise information on availability or contact our customer service team for lead times. Orders are generally shipped complete and we won’t partial ship your order unless necessary.

 

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping
Orders placed with standard shipping will ship with the most suitable carrier based on the contents of your order. Typically orders are shipped via UPS or a local carrier. Larger orders will ship LTL Freight.

Collect Shipping
Orders placed with collect shipping will ship using the carrier and account number that you specify. Any additional shipping costs will be charged to that account.

Collect, Expedited Shipping
Orders placed with collect, expedited shipping will ship using the carrier and account number that you specify. We will do our best to accommodate your expediting requirements and instructions but due to varying lead times on our products, we can't always ship your order within the time frame you need. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss this discrepancy. Any additional shipping and expediting costs will be charged to that account.

 

Tracking Shipments

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

 

Online Order Pick Up

Orders placed with customer pick up will be notified by email when the order is ready. Often orders will not be ready immediately after placing the order. Once the order is ready, please let us know in advance of coming to our warehouse at the address listed here. Your order will be restocked if you fail to come within 2 weeks of receiving notice that your order is ready for pickup.

 

Delivery Requirements & Liability

BISCO is not liable for damages that occur during shipment.

When a freight order is delivered, it is very important that you inspect your package and items for damage before the driver leaves, even if packaging is in good condition. The driver will provide a delivery receipt to be signed by the customer, as acknowledgement that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. If you are unsure of the shipment condition or notice any problems, such as damages or shortages, this MUST be noted on the receipt and reported within 24 hours. No claims can be made without this information and BISCO will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with the carrier at time of delivery.

When an order is delivered via package service (UPS, FedEx, etc), please open all packages and inspect all items to identify any damages immediately. All items damaged in shipment should be noted at time of delivery and can be refused or have a claim filed with the carrier and notify BISCO within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. BISCO will not be responsible for any claims made after 24 hours of customer receipt.
