Bleed In Valve to adjust the airflow with a balanced air release design. 

Nordfab QF Bleed In Valve that is used to adjust airflow to a balanced system by introducing ambient air. The design allows for all around proportional release of air into the duct making the adjusted airflow more regular. 

To adjust, loosen the QF clamp and turn outer sleeve to get proper or partial airflow. Re-clamp when finished.
