Static Control Hose with Grounding Wire.
Specially formulated, clear static dissipative polyurethane hose reinforced with a rigid black external ABS helix and an embedded copper grounding wire.
This hose is ideal for plastic pellet and powder transfer applications because of its design and features.
It's designed as a spiral, co-extruded hose where the helix acts as a wear strip and the interior is ultra smooth to assure efficient airflow, minimal friction loss, and elimination of material build up. It also has an enclosed copper grounding wire that reduces static build up in material handling applications. So it has permanent and non-humidity dependent ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection and a good surface resistivity level.
Some of its best features include extreme flexibility and great abrasion resistance. It's also manufactured with FDA acceptable materials so it's suitable for most all applications.
