Sliding Access Panel allows easy, tool free access to the inside of a duct. 

Nordfab QF Sliding Access Panel allows users easy, tool-free ducting access to clean out any clogs or gain access to spark detection/suppression equipment without removing any pipe. It commonly replaces the problematic bolt-on clean out doors that are traditionally used in ducting. 

Its design is simple: a sleeve slides to either cover or allow access to a large 7" x 14" opening laser cut into a standard 5-foot length of QF pipe. The sleeve can be secured and held tightly in place with two standard QF Clamps and O Rings, with minimal leakage. The access opening is laser cut into the pipe and very smooth so there's no reason to file or "clean up" around a ragged hole.

It's comes in 6" - 24" diameters with all of the parts shown in the pictures. It's pre-assembled and ready to use so installers simply clamp the pipe into place.

QF Sliding Access Panel is all 5' long, what if I need a 36" L piece?
In this case, you will need the Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve to achieve your desired length. Sliding access panels cannot be made shorter than 36".

What is the Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve?
The Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve is an 11" piece used when a 5' length of pipe has been cut smaller.

Do QF Clamps come with the panel? If not how many do I need to order?
Clamps do not come with this sliding access panel. As a rule, you will need one clamp per component ordered.

When do I need to use stainless steel?
Stainless steel is used in FDA, chemical and high temperature applications.
