Adjustable Sleeve to vary the length within QF ducting. 

The Nordfab Quick-Fit (QF) Adjustable Sleeve is used to quickly provide variable length adjustments in ducting lines of QF Pipe. It has laser welded seams and is available in 3" - 24" diameter. 

A Black O Ring is included. Red O Rings are available for higher temperature applications upon custom request but do include an additional cost. 

Its QF rolled ends for use with QF clamps, allow quick assembly, disassembly and relocation. It clamps together in seconds without welds, bolts, screws, flanges, special tools, precise measurements or specialized skills. So, it cuts installation – and ducting related downtime – by more than 40% over traditional ductwork. 

Quick-Fit has been used in a wide variety of applications, wherever dust collection or fine particulate transfer is required. 

Contact us for assistance with larger sizes and gauges/materials. Additional options available include 316SS, carbon steel, flanged ends up to 72"Ø, other end types and 18/16/14/12/10 gauges.

In this case, you will need this Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve to achieve your desired length.

What is the Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve?
This Quick-Fit Adjustable Sleeve is an 11" piece used when a 5' length of pipe has been cut smaller.

How many Quick-Fit Sleeves do I need to order?
You will need a Quick-Fit Sleeve when a pipe run is less than a 5' increment, and, for the most part, every time you use a branch or 90° elbow.

Do QF Clamps come with the pipe? If not how many do I need to order?
Clamps do not come with pipe. As a rule, you will need one clamp per component ordered.

How do I connect to the end of an existing non QF system?
We offer a full line of adapters to connect to any existing pipe you might have.

When do I need to use stainless steel?
Stainless steel is used in FDA, chemical and high temperature applications.
