Aluminum Blast Gates for Spiral Ducting Systems
Standard blast gates made from die cast aluminum to manually stop air flow within spiral ducting systems. They are available in full or half circle designs with diameters ranging from 2" to 30". Larger diameters are available upon request.
We recommend using different blast gates within other ducting systems such as clamp together duct. These include the QF Manual Blast Gate NFMES, QF SD Automatic Blast Gate and EcoBOSS Automatic Blast Gate.
Standard Features of Die Cast Aluminum Full Blast Gates
- Used for wood, plastic, powder and other dusts in collector systems
- Economically designed. Locking screw included.
- Connecting collars are undersized to allow slip-fit into nominal pipe or duct
- Bolt-together construction for ease of disassembly for cleaning
- Maximum temperature 400° F
