Canopy Hood designed with a square opening to capture material at the source.
Nordfab QF Canopy Hood is a hood that has a 150 fpm (feet per minute) capture velocity and can be placed up to 2 feet from the source.
It is designed out of 20 gauge galvanized or stainless steel with a square opening that comes in 18", 24", 36", and 48" sizes. This square opening has a hemmed end.
It's available with 16" & 18" diameters that have QF rolled ends to quickly connect to a QF ducting system.

Do QF Clamps come with the hood? If not how many do I need to order?
Clamps do not come with this canopy hood. As a rule, you will need one clamp per component ordered.
How do I connect to the end of an existing non QF system?
We offer a full line of adapters to connect to any existing pipe you might have.
When do I need to use stainless steel?
Stainless steel is used in FDA, chemical and high temperature applications.
