Angle Flange Adapter to quickly connect flanged ducting to QF ducting. 

Nordfab’s QF Angle Flange Adapter is fitted with an industry standard Angle Flange on one end and a QF rolled edge at the other, allowing quick connection of QF duct pipe or fittings to flanged pipes or fittings. They're available in galvanized or stainless steel with 3" - 24" diameters. Flanges are retained with a Van Stone lip. 

Custom hole patterns can be applied upon special request. Contact us to draw this out. 

Quick-Fit has been used in a wide variety of applications, wherever dust collection or fine particulate transfer is required. Its QF rolled ends for use with QF clamps, allow quick assembly, disassembly and relocation. It clamps together in seconds without welds, bolts, screws, flanges, special tools, precise measurements or specialized skills. What is the difference between an "angle flange" and a "flat flange"?
An Angle Flange is industry standard. A flat flange is a 1.5" wide flat piece of 3/16" sheet metal not drilled unless you supply a drawing for bolt hole locations.

Do QF Clamps come with the angle flange adapter? If not how many do I need to order?
Clamps do not come with the angle flange adapter. As a rule, you will need one clamp per component ordered.

How do I connect to the end of an existing non QF system?
We offer a full line of adapters including this angle flange adapter to connect to any existing pipe you might have.

When do I need to use stainless steel?
Stainless steel is used in FDA, chemical and high temperature applications.
