Stainless Steel Fume Extraction Arm

The use of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth bore tubing allow for easy placement of the arm’s hood near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right away. 

The arm duct (from hood to mounting swivel) is made of stainless steel. The construction of stainless steel tubes, flexible hose at joints allow the arm to be positioned where needed. Depending on application demand, this stainless arm can be configured with stainless joints, raw or anodized aluminum elements, food grade, high temperature resistant or electrically conductive elastic hoses. The arms include a handle which completely encircles the hood in order to facilitate easy repositioning from all sides. 

A large choice of components combinations, including some extras like equipping it with a light kit or larger hood diameters, makes this stainless arm one of the most versatile products in its group.

Are all the internal components stainless steel?
The stainless steel extraction arms have some aluminum and powder coated steel parts but everything that touches the airstream is 304 stainless steel. 

Is this arm suitable for chemical or high temperature applications?
Yes, stainless steel is suitable for these applications. Alternate flex hose options for food grade, high temperature and other applications are available upon request.

Does this arm swivel?
Yes, the base joint on our Stainless Steel Fume Extraction Arm has a rotating swivel. It rotates approximately 350°.

Can I hang a standing arm?
No, the hanging and standing models are not interchangeable.

Do you have an exhaust fan to correspond with this fume extraction arm?
