Extraction Unit Designed to Exhaust and Filter Dry Impurities

The SF-500 is designed to control dry impurities with its highly efficient filtering cartridge that makes it possible to use everywhere. However, it's not designed to be used in places where continuous use is not required or for filtering the air from corrosive, caustic and explosive gases and dusts.

The filter area is designed to use different filters and different levels of filtration. Inside there is aluminum mesh which protects the cartridge from sparks and pre filters the air, followed by a main cassette filter. The housing of the SF-500 is constructed using welded steel. It's completely painted with polyester epoxy powder paint. It's also fitted with four swivel casters, which allow to move it around small work areas, and equipped with a heavy duty electrical on/off switch.

The SF-500 is made up of several parts. It comes with a 120 VAC 1.5 HP Single Phase Motor, Manual Motor Starter, 10 Foot Power Cord, Direct Drive Fan, Silencer, and High Efficiency Disposable Filters and Casters. 

For complete functionality, order our Extraction Arm to secure to the SF-500. Choose a standing type in one of the recommended sizes above, without mounting accessories. Please note this unit is not priced with an extraction arm so unless you order one, it will not come with your unit.
