We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. We can make an exception for some international locations but you must contact us to discuss this prior to your transaction.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

If you select Standard Shipping, we will ship your order via the most suitable carrier based on the contents of your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you select Customer Pick Up, we expect that you will come to our warehouse within 2 weeks to collect your order. Our address can be found hereIf possible, let us know 24 hours in advance of coming to our warehouse. Your order will be restocked if you don't come within this time period. 

Note: Expedited Shipping is available upon request.



Return Policy

Most items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Damage and "white rust" occur over time at job sites, which may cause the items to not be sellable. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund. Some unstocked items are non-returnable.

To confirm if the item you are interested in is returnable, please check with us prior to placing an order.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will correct the issue.


To return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Upon receipt of a return request, we will issue you further directions on how to proceed with your return.
