We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. We can make an exception for some international locations but you must Contact Us to discuss this prior to your transaction.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

If you select Standard Shipping, we will ship your order via the most suitable carrier based on the contents of your order.

If you select Customer Pick Up, we expect that you will come to our warehouse within 2 weeks to collect your order. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of coming to our warehouse. Our address can be found here. Your order will be restocked if you don't come within this time period. 

Note: Expedited Shipping is available upon request.



Returns Policy

Most items may be returned to Bisco.  Some items are considered custom or special order and are nonreturnable. Bisco reserves the right to limit return quantities.

All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

All components must arrive in "as-new" sell-able condition. Damage and "white rust" occur over time at job sites, which may cause the items to not be sell-able. Final determination of sell ability will be determined by Bisco, at its sole discretion. 

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will refund you the full amount and pay the return shipping costs.
