Ducting Elbows to change direction of airflow designed for convenient assembly.
Quick-Fit (QF) Duct Elbows, also referred to as bends, allow airflow direction change in a line of duct. They're available in 3"-24" diameters with 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles, in galvanized or stainless steel. They are also available in regular or long radius. All elbows have QF rolled ends.
Galvanized QF Elbows in diameters 3"-7" are press formed halves stitch welded together whereas diameters 8"-24" are segmented (gored). Stainless steel QF Elbows in diameters 3"-6" are tubed. Tubed elbows are air flow directional (collar on outside of tube for outlet and collar on inside of tube for inlet).

What is the difference in "pressform", "gored", and "tubed" elbows?
Press formed elbows are constructed in two halves with a welded seam. Gored elbows are constructed in 15° segments. Tubed elbows are constructed from a 14 gauge extruded tubular steel with QF ends spot welded to each end.
How do I connect to the end of an existing non QF system?
We offer a full line of adapters to connect to any existing pipe you might have.
When do I need to use stainless steel?
Stainless steel is used in FDA, chemical and high temperature applications.
