Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
We usually ship orders within 2 to 10 working days. Please review each product page for more precise information on availability or contact us for an estimated lead time. Please note that availability information is estimated and in rare instances it may take longer, especially if your order is large or contains uncommon/custom parts.

We are currently experiencing delayed lead times with some flex hose due to material shortages in the US. If you need your order promptly, please contact us first to see if it's backordered.

How will my order ship?
Orders typically ship UPS but may ship with a different carrier depending on the order. Review Shipping Policy.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes, see instructions on our shipping page. However, as many of our products have variable lead times we can't guarantee your order will ship in the time you need. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your expediting options.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to get updates on your shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order once it's shipped?
Most orders take 2 to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping distance. An estimated delivery date is often available using your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?
Presently we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States, but you can contact us to see if we can deliver to your address.

My order never arrived. What do I do?
Check your email for the tracking number and use that to track your order. If that doesn't work, contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.

 

Ordering

What length of flex hose should I order?
As per industry standard, flex hose length is measured when fully stretched because that's the only way to get a consistent length. Please consider this when selecting your desired length. For help with sizing, contact our team.

How much is the cut charge for flex hose?
Cut charges are currently $10 for any length shorter than the standard length. Standard lengths can be found under specifications on the product page.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card information on your website?
Yes. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We utilize encryption/security best practices to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Do you charge sales tax?
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Illinois. Orders shipped to other states do not have to pay sales tax.

If you wish to claim tax exemption for the state of Illinois and have a valid government issued tax exempt form or resale certificate, we can add your tax-exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged sales tax. Email us a copy at mail@biscoair.com. 

Can I place an order by phone?
It's easier to track and review your order by placing it online. However, you are always welcome to place your order by phone.

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received an email from us confirming your order, please contact us right away with your full name and email address. This often indicates there was an error in the email you entered. Sometimes our emails end up in your spam folder and we suggest you check them before contacting us.

What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view your order status anytime in your account. You should also receive email notifications when the status of your order is changed.

How do I print an invoice with my order details?
To print an invoice, locate the order under the orders option in your account. Click on it and under order details, click the print invoice button. Alternatively, contact us and we'll email you a copy of your invoice.

*If you checked out as a guest, you will not have the ability to print an invoice for your order online.

How can I quickly reorder products from a previous order?
Yes, as long as you had an account when you ordered the products before. Just sign in to your account and click on the relevant order. Then select the check box to the left of the products you want to reorder, scroll down and click 'reorder' under actions. You will be redirected to your cart where you can proceed to checkout and complete your order.

Do you accept POs?
Yes we do, please send your Purchase Order (PO) to mail@biscoair.com.

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. If the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns

How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team at (800) 878-7309 or mail@biscoair.com within 30 days of your order's ship date to confirm that your item is returnable. Once authorized, you will receive an RMA number and you can ship the item back to us. The item must be in new/uninstalled condition to be returned. Review our full Return Policy.

 

General Information

Why can't I purchase some items online?
These items are custom and therefore cannot be sold online. To order these items and find the best option for your application, please contact our team at (800) 878-7309.

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?
Most definitely! Please contact us if you would like to order an item that isn't on our website.

Are you open on holidays or weekends?
No, we are closed weekends and most major holidays.
