Powerful, Dynamic Extraction Unit with Manual or Automatic Cleaning for Dust & Fume Applications
The FilterBox Twin is equipped with two 10 ft, 6" extraction arms and a powerful 3 HP fan for maximum air flow capacity of 500 CFM per extraction arm.
The FilterBox Twin M is delivered with a manually cleaned polyester filter. There is also an alarm that indicates when the air flow is too low and the filter is manually cleaned through a combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning.
The FilterBox Twin A+ is delivered with an extra large, automatically cleaned nanofiber filter, ideal for frequent welding. The nanofiber media technology utilized in this model offers significant performance advantages like higher efficiency and surface loading properties which results in more effective filter cleaning and longer cleaning intervals. Advantages that will impose benefits in terms of filter life, productivity and lower cost of ownership. This unit has an advanced filter control system indicating the pressure drop with a series of LED's as well as on the LCD display. When the air flow is too low an audial alarm precedes the automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning sequence.
An integrated silencer reduces noise from the fan and outlet air. Additional protection from harmful particles, such as hexavalent chromium from stainless steel welding, is provided if a HEPA filter is installed (optional).
FilterBox is not for use in environments where combustible dust or gases are present, and it is not for use in filtering combustible dust or gases.
