A Simple, yet Powerful Addition to any Process Ventilation System with Energy Smart Operation

The Loop Box control panel regulates fan speed to deliver optimum CFM with energy savings up to 80%. It ensures additional efficiency by regulating fan speed dependent on varying filter pressure and resistance conditions. All Loop Box systems are remote start capable and designed to reduce energy consumption based on equipment utilization and spindle run time demand.

Added benefits include significant sound level reduction, increased filter life, maximum collection efficiency and fan capacity utilization.

The Fan Affinity Law

Typical industrial ventilation systems are designed to operate at full capacity. Extensive observation and case studies have shown that actual spindle run time rarely approaches 50% of full capacity during 90% of an average monthly production cycle!

EcoBOSS® Energy Management Systems have been designed to take full advantage of the Fan Affinity Law which clearly illustrates how an EcoBOSS® installation will work for you!

When a fan’s CFM volume is reduced by 50% the kWh consumption is reduced to 12.5% of full load.
