Designed to Automatically Bleed in Air to Avoid Fan and Velocity Inconsistency in Duct Lines. 

EcoBOSS® Heavy Duty Barometric Dampers are designed to automatically bleed in air to avoid fan instability and maintain suitable conveying velocities in duct lines. The barometric damper is designed to gradually open as gates close to ensure proper transport velocity and avoid fan cavitation. 

The installation of a Heavy Duty Barometric Damper with an EcoBOSS® Energy Management System is energy and safety smart! You will save tremendous amounts of energy, ensure your fan works at optimum efficiency and maintain suitable transport velocities. 

They can be used as a standalone product or in conjunction with an EcoBOSS® control solution.
