Designed to Filter More Dust in a Smaller Space than a Basic Cyclone and Cut Costs. 

The Aerodyne Dust Hound Cyclone is used as a pre-filter for your baghouse or cartridge collector. It's compact design makes it about half as tall as a traditional cyclone, so it fits indoor small spaces without the need for costly modifications to your facility. Also, the 2,000 ACFM model is small enough to meet NFPA 654, avoiding the expensive explosion protection equipment and designs. This design captures nearly 100% of 25 micron dust, versus standard cyclones that typically capture only 70 - 90% of total particulate. 

The Dust Hound’s high removal efficiency extends filter life and lowers maintenance costs. In fact, it can pay for itself in filter replacement cost savings. 

It can be used in many applications and is even tough enough for quarries, foundries, and ceramics applications.
