Double-Ply Fabric Hose. 

Double-Ply, black neoprene coated polyester fabric hose reinforced with a spring steel wire helix. 

This hose is designed with good crush resistance, tensile strength, flexibility and a neoprene coating that offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. This makes it more durable than double-ply cotton hoses. It's also listed as UL 94V-0 flame retardant so it can safely be applied to many industries.
